Become a Meatless Monday Ambassador
Meatless Monday is a global movement with a simple message: one day a week, cut the meat. Reducing our meat intake just a little can make a big impact on our health and our planet.
Choosing to go Meatless Monday can help fight diseases, reduce the risk of diabetes, and improve heart health. A plant-forward diet also helps conserve land, reduces greenhouse gas emissions, and saves water and energy.
Founded in 2003, Meatless Monday is a non-profit initiative followed by millions, in over 40 countries and 22 languages. Representatives from different nations are finding innovative ways to make meatless and vegetarian dishes part of their everyday culture, customs and cuisine.
