Summer Supper

Our six-course, family style Summer Supper will showcase Neah Bay Marbled Chinook Salmon caught by Slow Food advocate and local fisherman Jeremy Brown. Marbled Chinook is a delicious, regionally distinct salmon catalogued on the Ark of Taste. The term “marbled” refers to its varying amounts of both red and white pigmentation, which gives the flesh a marbled appearance.

A Sneak Peek into the Evolving Menu:

  • Chilled Pea Soup with Dungeness Crab, Pea Shoots and Chili Oil

  • One Leaf Farm Heirloom Tomatoes with Melon, Avocado, Fresh Herbs and House-made Ricotta

  • Neah Bay Marbled Chinook Salmon with Romano Beans, Dragon Tongue Beans and Baby Summer Squash from Skylight Farms and Cherry Tomatoes from Caruso Farms

  • Carlton Farms Pork Tenderloin with Nectarines, Corn Pudding and Lobster Mushrooms

  • Dessert by Andrea Terrenzio of Dolcetta Artisan Sweets: Cherry-Almond Trifle with Apricot Coulis, Roasted Bing Cherries and Vanilla Mousse

Supporting Snohomish Farmers

Produce for our feast will be harvested from farms located within a few miles of Bella Luna Farms. These farmers use regenerative, soil-building methods to produce delicious, healthy food while taking good care of the earth.

Silent Auction

The silent auction will include packages highlighting our local culinary community. Proceeds from the evening will benefit Slow Food Seattle initiatives, all of which support food that is grown or harvested by local people, as well as build up our community, our farmers and our world through food that is good, clean and fair for all.
